I generally really like the Beauty Box. They are efficient, they have a range of appointment times and their location is very convenient. However, on this occasion I felt that my treatment was too rushed, with a few small sections I had to tidy up at home and an uncomfortable scratch where the wax had broken my skin. I’ve otherwise had some great treatments here at short notice though, so hoping to return for a better experience another day.

Great experience, really friendly staff and very happy with my treatment - eyebrows are now beautifully tamed! Will definitely be back, great place to pop to during break from work!
