I always look forward to my Wax appointments with Pooja! I feel she provides such a bespoke service for all her customers. In the Summer she provided refreshing cold drinks and now that it is Winter, it is herbal teas and Coffee ( in takeaway cups for convenience!) little gestures like these really do make you feel special and cared for. She never rushes her appointments and ensures you are completely happy with the results before she sends you on your way! Her prices are more than reasonable and she is always fun to talk to !

Really happy with my waxing treatment and the therapist Pooja was brilliant. I'm sure getting waxed is nobody's favourite pastime but I need not have worried as Pooja instantly made me feel calm and comfortable. The treatment was excellent, virtually pain free and I am really pleased with the results, just wish I had booked to come sooner! Would highly recommend this salon for the high standards of service. Excellent service, a very clean and tidy salon and the therapist was great. The treatment was painless, the therapist was very experienced and put me at my ease straight away. Will definitely visit this small salon again, for a personal yet professional service and it's so easy to get to, right opposite North Wembley station.
