Lots of positives about this salon: 1) the photos of the salon mirrors the reality. 2) It's a clean, uncluttered space- so no issues regarding the hygiene. 3) Pooja provides a relaxing environment and appointment times are adhered to- a huge plus for those of us that likes this kind of thing. 4) It's a stone's throwaway from the underground and there's free parking space.
I'm a relatively new customer of Pooja's and can safely say I will be repeat customer many times over. I have asymmetrical eyebrows and in just two threading sessions Pooja has trained my brows to grow in such a way that presto! - I now have symmetrical brows. All the praises you have read re: her waxing skills are true. With my wax treatments- hollywood, underarm and upper lip- Pooja lessened the pain of the treatments as best possible - for which I'm grateful. I would highly recommend her.

This is the best beauty salon for miles around. I’m a regular customer and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Pooja is a total sweetheart, not to mention exceptionally skilled and professional but just the most warm and genuine person you could wish to meet. The facials here are exceptionally good, it’s so much more than a box standard treatment, it’s a whole hour of personalised bliss. Pooja uses only the best quality products and her skill and technique is incredible, you leave feeling relaxed but de-stressed, and your skin looks wonderful, clean, healthy and energised. You get the best advice on aftercare and the total experience is amazing. This salon always has a super friendly feel about it, you feel more like your visiting family such is the reception you receive. And in my humble opinion, the prices are very competitive for the quality and expertise you receive. Would happily give Pooja and her amazing salon 10 stars if I could. Beautiful environment, highly skilled and professional treatments, super clean salon, warm and inviting atmosphere, great prices, you couldn’t ask for more.

Pooja was a fantastic beautician and my Hollywood wax with her was the best experience I've had. She was very welcoming right from the start and offered me a hot drink and a biscuit. Pooja was chatty and friendly, making me feel very at ease and calm. During the wax Pooja was focused on doing the best job possible, but also kept me distracted from the pain. She was very thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the job. She was really lovely and I'm really happy with my experience, thank you so much!
