Where do I start.... I travelled from Essex based on a recommendation, and I am now determined to carry out the commute for my facials (every 4 wks!). From the outset, Pooja's customer service is personal, welcoming, genuine and calming. She made me feel so relaxed (that I fell asleep). I had the Origins facial, and for ages, I felt that my products were simply sitting on my skin and not doing anything, after the thorough facial I felt that my skin was so renewed that I didn't wear foundation for 2 weeks and my skincare was actually going into my skin rather than sitting on top!! Separate to the amazing facial, Pooja's genuine interest, passion and expertise makes my 2hr journey worth while! Looking forward to being a long standing customer!
