My fourth time here, did full body waxing and hollywood, wonderful experience, just like always. Pooja gives her 100% in every treatment and I am very very satisfied every time i leave the salon.
I’m from Hong Kong and when I go back for holiday I do waxing there. The price Pooja offers is around 3 times cheaper than what I pay in Hong Kong. Solely due to that, I would visit Pooja very often.
She never rushes things and gives a sufficient amount of time for everything she does and I am really thankful for that because it makes the customer feels like they are valued and appreciated.
She makes me check every time she’s done waxing one part and she really meant it when she said: “don’t hesitate to let me know when you still see hair on your body, i’ll try my best”. Sometimes, when therapists say that, they don’t mean that. Some just tells you they aren’t able to take that off simply to save time and wax. That never happens when I’m at Pooja’s place.
I live in East Acton and it does take me a while to get to the salon (it is very convenient though, just takes a bit long). No matter where it is located, I am certain that I will always go back to Pooja for her services. I don’t think I can find another therapist who is as professional as her.
Since I have visited Pooja a couple of times, she’s more than just a therapist to me, but a funny and caring friend. It is always enjoyable to talk to her about all sort of stuff. As she is older than me, she sometimes give me advices on problems and I am also very appreciative about this.

I have been a regular customer of the beauty bar since it first opened and now would never consider going anywhere else. It’s the most wonderful, professional and welcoming salon I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to a lot over the years. My facial today was nothing less than exceptional, I arrived pretty stressed and not feeling so good, the amazing owner/therapist Pooja always does an incredible job, but today knowing how I was feeling, Pooja excelled herself and went far more than the extra mile to ensure my treatment left me feeling totally de-stressed, and tranquil, even the stomach ache I arrived with vanished. My skin as always looked Uber healthy, glowing, super clean, revitalised and reenergised. I feel super blessed to have Found Pooja and the beauty bar because the service you receive here is far superior, the welcome is always genuinely warm and friendly and all the treatments are carried out using top quality products, with the utmost skill and professionalism by Pooja, she is so hard working and customer focused, and every treatment is just superb.
