Absolutely excellent service as usual from the amazing Pooja. My eyelashes and brows have never looked so good. Everything at the beauty bar is far superior to other salons, you are never rushed or feel pressured, and Pooja is the most incredibly hard working and professional therapist I’ve ever met. Pooja takes immense pride in her work and is never satisfied with anything less than perfection and it shows in every treatment Pooja provides. You won’t find a better salon for everything from the genuine warm reception you receive to the ambience, cleanliness right through to the treatment itself, price and aftercare advice. Quick and perfect! I wanted to wax my fingers as well but did not book it on Treatwell, told Pooja the night before my appointment and she told me to arrive 10 minutes earlier. I asked her how much is it when she was waxing my underarm, she said she will tell me later. After the treatments, she refused to charge me for the wax on fingers, she said I can pay her with kindness. Pooja is always so lovely and kind and I can’t thank her enough for that.
