This particular session was the first of many. I was absolutely terrified of getting a wax, because I had heard so many horror stories in regards to the level of pain. It was my first time getting a wax, but Pooja made me feel sooooo comfortable.
I was particularly worried as I am a black woman and our hair can be a little more difficult to manage, but Pooja assured me that her Hollywood wax treatment would be appropriate for my hair and skin type.
On this occasion I opted for the Hollywood and full leg wax, but I absolutely had to book her again for a full leg, Hollywood, underarm and eyebrow shape and tint.
10/10 would recommend, as not only is she great at her job, the shop is clean, she offers refreshments and is very friendly.
