Third treatment with Pooja at The Beauty Bar and once again, it was amazing!!!
Jokes, friendly chat, great service, tea and all round great atmosphere. Pooja pays close attention to detail, but is still very engaging and caring. We often talk about life, work and family which is lovely.
I’m ALWAYS satisfied when leaving The Beauty Bar, hence why I keep going back.

This is a genuine customer review (not a friend review, etc!) and I just felt I have to write a big one, as there’s just so much to say.
After having few average lash and brow shape & tints in the past, I am pleased to say I found Pooja. She is the nicest and the kindest beauty therapist I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating. She is incredibly professional and her standards are very very high (and I am definitely one of them picky customers).
So far I’ve had my brows and lashes tinted and shaped by Pooja twice and oh my god, they’ve never looked this good!! She listens to you and does exactly what you want, but the actual results exceed your expectations! I will never have anyone else touching my brows or lashes, even if in future I’ll have to travel to see her. I’ve even got a Xmas gift from her, I mean, who does that?! The chat is also amazing, she makes you feel like you’ve known her forever ,I’m just so impressed with her!
The prices, the quality, her caring nature and professionalism - Pooja is a full package! Can’t wait to be back and have more treatments with her, will definitely be trying lash lift in January.
Thank you Pooja, you are such a beautiful person, both inside and outside!
