I knew Pooja would be busy and popular once reopening the salon, just because she is that good.
Exceptional cleanliness and hygiene as always, coupled with professionalism and skill of the treatment. Considering the timeframe between my last treatment there was always going to be the odd moments of pain, but Pooja manages the process very well and I coped with it without issue.
I’m a long time client now with Pooja and I will not be going going to see anyone else.

I got a facial done with pooja for my wedding and OMG was my face glowing! I had compliments from family and you could see the difference straight away. I couldn’t stop looking at my face because of how amazing it looked after the facial. I highly recommend this facial to anyone that needs to revive their tired skin! Deffo will be coming back for this facial!!!

As usual, Pooja delivered an excellent service! It was extremely reassuring to see that in addition to her already very high standard of hygiene, Pooja was taking responsibility to put the health and safety of her clients ahead of business. Proactively reaching out even before Treatwell, she sent an email stating that she would not take on customers with even
the slightest of cold/cough symptoms in order to protect her clients. This for me was a huge statement that only reinforced the level of responsibility and care Pooja shows through her customer-first mindset. Looking forward to going back after we come out of ongoing social distancing measures!
