Pooja was amazing and the environment was very clean and exceptional. She greeted me and took my temperature first thing bEfore starting my treatment. She wore a whole mask the whole time and was in line with all COVID-19 rules and regulations which was very reassuring. So happy I saw her after a very long time as always she treated me with care!! I knew Pooja would be busy and popular once reopening the salon, just because she is that good.
Exceptional cleanliness and hygiene as always, coupled with professionalism and skill of the treatment. Considering the timeframe between my last treatment there was always going to be the odd moments of pain, but Pooja manages the process very well and I coped with it without issue.
I’m a long time client now with Pooja and I will not be going going to see anyone else.
