This was my first time visiting and definitely won't be my last. The room and bed very warm. Pooja was very lovely and welcoming. Made sure I felt comfortable and was not uncomfortable in anyway. Pooja spoke to me throughout my treatment which was calming to take my mind off the pain in hign sight as i hadn't had a wax in sometime. Overall experience fantastic, knowledgeable lady. Will defo be going back
