Pooja is by far the best in her field. She is so welcoming, she will always offer complimentary drinks (and biscuits!)she ensures you feel comfortable and literally goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Pooja is warm, kind, friendly and has a great sense of humour, I also really respect her honesty. She always gives me fantastic advice with my treatments but even for my personal life. I feel I can tell her anything (even stuff I wouldn't feel I could tell those closest to me)
