Brilliant service again. Pooja is an expert at her application of laser for hair removal. She explained the process, how your skin tone, hair growth and texture impact the grading of laser applied and the need for before and after care to support your smooth, hair-free journey. She checked with me regularly throughout the session about how I was feeling, whether I was comfortable and if I needed anything. Truly 5 star service and I was offered ice tea and biscuits too! I highly recommend Pooja.
