10/10 experience. This was my first Hollywood wax, and I wasn't sure what expect, was also feeling a little nervous, however Pooja made feel extremely welcomed and at ease right from the get go. Throughout the entire service Pooja ensured I was comfortable and answered any concerns I might have had, she also gave extremely helpful aftercare advice. I will definitely be booking again and recommend to anyone interested!
