A really friendly and comfortable experience. Terry was very careful and gentle with my eyes which not many beauticians are these days

They didn’t have my booking when I arrived and I had to wait for the wax to heat up and then midway through treatment the beautician asked if it was possible for me to come back later in the day to finish the treatment as they didn’t have my booking for 9.30 they had someone else booked in at 10am. Not very organised with bookings.
