Kelly was incredible, cannot recommend her anymore highly. I have had many massages over the years and Kelly is without a doubt the best. She is extremely talented and found knots I didn’t even know existed!

Unfortunately my experience with Beautiqe Studio was terrible. My appointment for a gel manicure was for Saturday 23rd at 6.30, order reference W2159734259. I had to wait till 7.10pm for Daniella to start my manicure. During manicure my cuticles were butchered. I asked her multiple times to stop as my nails were hurting too much and 3 of them were bleeding. No running water facilities in the studio and I was asked twice to go downstairs communal toilets which was filthy to wash my hands.

Jaque has provided a pedicure previously which is why I booked to come back. I feel rested, listened to, advised also find Jaque completely professional in her care of my nails. A quality service, I have no hesitation in recommending and will return.
