Had a gel polish on my lunch break here. I was passed between 2 staff which is fine but wasn’t communicated and I’ve never been so rushed (even though I was simply having a colour change). The guy doing my nails was quite rough and used all the high speed electric files which I don’t normally have used on me. Unfortunately, my nails are quite naturally thin - I did communicate this to the staff who had started with me - & feel quite frail following the treatment.

The technician usually cuts my nails too short but does a good job with the application. I would tell him to do less short than I intended because he always takes a few extra bits off
