First time visiting this salon and was pleased to have availability after work for a 6:30pm appt in central London - rather hard to come by I find. Ben was very efficient and so detailed with my infill. The result is lovely and close to the cuticle, which I love.

Ben is clearly a lovely guy and does thorough work usually, however I arrived at 6.10 for a 6.15 appointment and wasn’t seen till gone 6.30 because he started on a walk in 10 minutes before I arrived (him and the customer both told me this and both apologised lol). He did offer to do my toes for free cos he felt bad but I was late already and had to be gone before 7 for a train so I think the resulting job was rushed, paid for a manicure not just paint and the cuticles look shabby the next day.

Ben helped me choose a colour, a beautiful one at that! He was also very efficient and friendly. The nails lasted really long, if my nails didn't grow so much I'm sure I can keep them for much much longer.
