Appointment was prompt. Staff get straight on with the job so no small talk/ambience in the salon at all, but nails looked great. Existing shellac was filed off with machine vs soaked off, which left nails looking dry, but overall they look really good now. Be great if they put some music on/TV on, to entertain you while you sit there
