I was in a different part of town and had a couple of hours to kill so booked a last-minute take-off and new set of acrylics with shellac polish. I somehow booked the wrong service on the TW app and had difficulty explaining what I wanted to the technician as his english was very poor. The manager was more helpful, but I did feel as though I was being rushed, and that my preferences were not fully understood and ended up opting for a more basic finish than I would usually have for this reason. The nail work itself was done to a good standard, although I couldn't give 5 stars as they were not quite at high standard I have received at other salons.
