I arrived on time for my appointment and was told to wait. 20 minutes later I was finally seen to without an apology or explanation. This was during my lunch break and the delay caused me to be late. I also wasn’t made aware that they don’t accept card so had to run to a cash machine and back after my treatment wasting yet more time.
