I booked an appointment for 13:30pm however the salon was too busy and I was sat waiting for 30 minutes. I did not even have my nails done! Poor customer service and bad diary management.

Booked the pedicure spa 1.15 hour. Waited for 15 minutes despite with appointment. The pedicure was quite thorough and comfortable but finished within 45 minutes.
