Left waiting forever even though I had an appointment. Was in there for nearly 2hrs. Nails done very quickly and not well, just to service all the customers. If they could not deal with the quantity they should have been turning people away. When I asked for nails to be repainted as there were huge gaps at the sides and cuticles, the guy sneered before doing it. Acrylics not filed evenly and zero customer service - they didn’t care if they were done well, just wanted to get all the money from more people. Very disappointed.
