Rude lady who done my nails, too slow and not neat enough. Asked her to redo a couple of nails and ignored me - thought it was good value at the start just for normal polish but wasn’t very good service at all

There seemed to be a shortage of staff - I had to wait half an hour despite arriving on time for my appointment, and the therapists seemed to be rushing around to fit everyone in. They weren’t particularly friendly, but my gel manicure was good, and my manicurist was very careful in removing my previous dark colour properly in order to accommodate my new choice of colour which was very light.
