I had booked an appointment, but it was extremely busy and I was seen about 45 mins late. Staff were nice and apologetic, but it seemed a bit disorganised and hectic. I was really happy with the treatment - but i wouldn’t book this if you’re pushed for time.

The staff are friendly and I’m happy with my nails. I think their booking system could be improved, as both times I’ve arrived for an appointment I have had to wait. Apart from that it is a really great place.
