There seemed to be a shortage of staff - I had to wait half an hour despite arriving on time for my appointment, and the therapists seemed to be rushing around to fit everyone in. They weren’t particularly friendly, but my gel manicure was good, and my manicurist was very careful in removing my previous dark colour properly in order to accommodate my new choice of colour which was very light.
