I had an ok experience but I probably wouldn’t go back. I paid £30 which I believed included shellac removal as well as reapplication. When I got to the venue I proceeded with the treatment and all was well. A young lady began the shellac removal but then another male colleague took over. I found this employee was being very harsh with my fingers pulling my wrist and doing it in a very passive aggressive manner. I was told that to tidy the cuticles and file the nails costs an extra £5. I was shocked and annoyed as I was under the impression that cleaning the nail fully goes without saying as the new layer of shellac would be bumpy and would not have a clean finish. I wasn’t informed at the start of this extra hidden cost but as I was half way through the treatment I agreed to pay. Other than that I would say the finish was decent just a shame about the other points.
