I had to wait 20 mins just to have the colour taken off my hands and feet. Switched between two different staff to do the treatment. I annoyed one staff because he struggled to remove the opi gel on my nails. They forgot to cut my cuticles for my manicure and I have excess gel down the sides of some of my nails. Overall it wasn’t great and very overpriced for what it was (usually pay 60 for this treatment).
