End result of gel manicure was good and the salon is clean but terrible experience while there. I wished I hadn’t booked here within minutes of sitting down. The man doing my nails was not well with a cold and was quite abrupt throughout. He was sniffing and rubbing his nose, his colleagues were wearing a mask, he was not. He also scratched his head multiple times with the device he was using to do my manicure. I understand that people cannot help being unwell but surely in such a close customer facing position you could wear a mask? There was a couple of other incidents of abruptness that made me feel uncomfortable but safe to say I won’t be booking here again even though the gel nails were fine!
