This is a small venue and staff are all lovely. Shobi always does everything she can to try to ensure her customers leave happy. This is the only salon where I have had some vouchers to begin with but have returned time and time again. I feel comfortable with all staff there. I did not get my hair done this time but would also highly recommend the hair stylist. She is also very skilled and competent.

I asked for advice on colours. saying I wanted a 'natural' looking half-head of highlights, but the outcome was far blonder (my hair is dark brown) and a lot less natural than I would have liked. In fairness, they re-dyed the highlights there and then for me, so it did look a bit better by the time I left, but I still felt the placement of the highlights and the end look left quite a lot to be desired. I do appreciate them taking the time to try and fix it though, and they were very nice.
