The venue didn't know about my appointment and the stylist wasn't working. The venue seemed annoyed I'd turn up and they offered me a haircut by the trainee at the same price, but I just wanted to get out of there because it all felt cliquey and embarrassing.

my daughter had a very good experience today. Caroline was great with her, very welcoming and professional and I'm very pleased with my daughter's haircut.
