Welcomed straight away and offered a drink. Apologised to for delay as Caroline was just finishing off a client’s hair.
Impressed that she cleaned the area and the chair before asking me to take a seat. Wasn’t sure what cut I wanted but Caroline gave me a couple of options and explained things really well. Came away with a new hairstyle and very happy with the results so was my family 😊.
