As usual Caroline was brilliant. I’m so pleased with my hair. I’ve decided to grow my fringe out, and Caroline trimmed where necessary for it to grow nicely, out of my face. I had my roots done, and a toner put on the ends, and it’s made my hair a lovely colour which looks and feels really healthy too.

My whole experience from being greeted when walking in the door, to being listened to when I explained what I wanted, to having my hair washed, cut and blown dry, was one that I am happy to repeat.
