The flotation experience was quite basic, but very relaxing. The package was an excellent rate for the treatment, lunch, robe and use of facilities at £100 for 2 people; as use of the facilities alone is normally £65 per person and robe rental is £10 per person (without any treatments or refreshments). The pool side has a good number of loungers, hammocks and day beds for relaxation. The pre and post-treatment relaxation room was another bonus. Overall a lovely day.
Perfect all round 5***** Highly reccomended. Staff welcoming and very helpful, service superb, food lovely, couldn't fault it. Will definitely go again............... Very easy to find too, convenient location. Pool very relaxing!
We've been too Wildmore before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, so was delighted to see that we could book a day there through Wahanda. As before, the day did not disappoint. It was excellent value for money and we were really relaxed. I thoroughly recommend this venue to everyone!
We have been going to wildmore spa for a few years now but NEVER AGAIN.
Today was booked late december for my wifes birthday. We arrived and were asked to wait in the restaurant area. We ordered and ate breakfast before being told they could not find our booking. They spent so much time trying to find when the phone conversation took place it was a joke. Eventually came back to tell us there was nothing we could do and as my wife is 5 months pregnant it was a bit pointless staying just to have a swim we got a refund and left. Also cancelled a meal we had booked at the arden hotel for tonight in stratford.
Spoke later on to Kim Craven as the manager Anthony Bird “was in a meeting”, but she to be honest was not that bothered and went through the motions of apologising.
If you do book i suggest phoning back the day before to make sure they have you down.
This was a great Spa day! Fantastic Value for Money. Both my husband and I left the Spa 100% relaxed. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the 2 course lunch was very nice. I would most definately return.
