I changed the Lava Shells Massage to the full body massage and so glad I did. It was one of the best massages I've had. My therapist was very professional and knew exactly the areas that needed extra attention!

Booked this for a mothers day present and enjoyed 2 treatments on the day with my mum. Staff were friendly and professional, would return.
Unprofessional staff, lacking training and poor sales and customer focussed.
Facilities were basic and quite dated but absolutely clean and fine; shower facilities were great.
Final results were poor and very disappointing, it certainly means I will never return.

The therapists were very friendly and experienced. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatments and I would recommend them to a friend. The only issue was that there was no music due to a computer problem, but this was explained to me at the beginning of my first treatment and it was resolved quickly.
