Overall tan result was not as dark as I was expecting unfortunately, very dark until I rinsed in the shower following morning and most of the tan itself seemed to come off too leaving my skin only very slightly tanned so felt a little disappointed, overall happy with quality of service though, I was made to feel at ease during the tanning process. There was a discrepancy on whether I had paid or not as for some reason the staff had never heard of wahanda or treatwell, I'd recommend mentioning it has been paid for on the app before going in for your treatment as I had to spend some time forwarding them emails and online banking to prove my treatment was paid for before leaving. Felt a little unconfortable at this point as was in a hurry. Obviously not the staffs fault they didn't know but worth allowing yourself an extra few minutes.

Would definitely visit again - spa was lovely and well presently (very clean and the ambiance warm and inviting). The therapist was very friendly and knowledgable and the products used were of a very high and luxurious quality.

I cannot fault the service I received, (cafe terrible though) I was so relaxed that I started to fall asleep! Even the take home product was excellent.

On arrival I was shown into the relaxation room, where I was able to lie on the warm stone couches while waiting for the therapist to make the pedicure spa ready, that in itself was fantastic. The pedicure started with a warm foot soak, followed by a vigous salt rub, which included lower leg, thereby removing old dead skin cells. This was heavenly. Moisturing lotion was then massage in, in a non hurried manner. toes were filed and very basic cuticule work was carried out follwed by my nails polished to perfection( of which there was a wide range of polishes to choose from).

Lovely Spa, super clean and staff all really polite. Spa room upstairs just lovely, could stay there all day!!
