Great spa break, spa was a drive from the hitel but it had fantastic facilities & the staff were very skilled & knowledgeable. The hotel wa good too, small than expected and agaim staff were very helpful.
Yes was just a shame they wanted to charge us £3.50 to take glasses of ice to our room, also spent a lot of time and money on taxis to and from spa, maybe organise a shuttle bus? At least for busy days?
The hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing. The spa was lovely, relaxing and clean and the woman giving me a massage really made me feel at ease. Only thing was that the spa is quite far away from the hotel.
enjoyed every thing food was very good highly recommend it .I will be going again thank you The only thing i should have been told to bring some gym wear which I missed out on
Back massage was lovely, spa facilities however was more like a leisure centre and quite busy when we used it. The hotel and room was lovely and clean, however the food did not cater for all and there was not a massive choice. The deal we got was not explained at all, not told when tea was, when we could use the spa, I had to ask all this. I asked a member of staff in the restaurant how much we could spend on food as we were not told this, to find in the morning she had told us the wrong amount and have extra charges on our bill. When going to the spa if advise people to drive as it is quite far away.
