I had a lovely session at the spa, although you have to walk through the busy entrance/café from the spa to the changing rooms and also when you are going back for the treatments in your dressing gown. It was quite busy in the spa when I arrived and wasn't told about the quiet room that could be used and I only saw it by chance as I was waiting for my treatment as I saw people going in there, so I did use it for 10 minutes afterwards but would have been nice to use beforehand as the pool/hot tubs were very busy so I just sat on a lounger outside for a couple of hours!

Bit of an issue with the Wahanda booking but once that had been sorted I was truly pampered. Nice environment and friendly staff

I tried to book various offers first but it kept saying 'can't be booked online'! I finally found one which was my 3rd choice. I kept getting emails from Wahanda saying I would earn credit if I recommended a friend. I made several attempts to do this. When I phoned Wahanda they said it wasn't used anymore! Why send it on a current email?

I was booked in for a scalp massage and all she did was brush my hair with her fingers. There was no massaging of the scalp whatso ever.

Previous visit was not impressed. Definitely redeemed themselves enjoy the heated beds. Outside jacuzzi lovely lunch. Plan to visit again.
