Lovely. Boiling hot day so Natalie offered to wash my hair in cold water which was amazing. Put a fan on near me for the blowdry and also alternated between hot and cool on the dryer. A really pleasant experience! Natalie also a joy to chat to!

This was the second time I had my hair cut at The Avenue. Natalie does a great job, offers sound hair advice and gives really relaxing scalp massages while shampooing! Also very good value for money.
