The Abbey is Barking's first luxury spa. Inside the shiny new Abbey Leisure Centre you will be transported to another world, allowing you to take time away from the stresses of modern day living. They offer spa days, beauty treatments and special events.
They have carefully selected a combination of water, heat, cooling and relaxation experiences to improve general mind and body well-being. They've also hand-picked a selection of products from Elemis, Jessica, Mii, Lycon wax and Kissed by Mii to bring you a true spa experience.
Whatever your choice, they can guarantee that their highly-trained and experienced therapists will pamper you in a relaxing, professional and friendly environment. There are four spa treatment rooms, a relaxation space and a dedicated Manicure Station.
