Emma was great! She totally took her time with me. I really appreciated it as I wasn’t sure quite how much I wanted chopping off (first haircut in 2 years), but she was very happy to cut, wait while I ummed about it and then do a bit more, pause, a bit more. Patience of a saint and lovely to chat to. I love my haircut and feel really confident about it.
