They cut my undercut crazy unevenly, I could have done better with a mirror and a razer myself. The rest of the haircut was lopsided and too short. She didn't bother to check that my hair was reparted correctly after she was going in to touch it up so I have sections that are incredibly short.

I've had 3 appointments with Jade during this pandemic. The salon is very thorough with their safety and cleaning procedures during this time.
Jade is also the 1st hairdresser I've had in a long time that understands exactly what I'm asking for with regards to colour and cut. I always leave the salon with an amazing hair style!
