Emma's customer service was top-notch even before I got to the salon. She was super friendly and welcoming when we chatted on Messenger. When I finally went in, she nailed my haircut exactly how I wanted. Not only was the place clean as a whistle, but Emma also went the extra mile by recommending some great hair products for me. Oh, and by the way, the best part? It didn't break the bank!
