Lovely surroundings. Lovely staff. Cut method was explained. Am always difficult to please as though I love having my hair cut I always hate the result till it has grown a bit again. Well cut though and look forward to it growing just a bit more to be comfortable with it. That's just my quirk and nothing to detract from the quality of the experience.

Difficult to find and atmosphere wasn't great. Was told it would take 30 minutes, ended up being in the salon for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ok but not a fab experience.

I've been coming to Jade for the last few years. She is fantastic – always great service, great colour and great cut. Will give you her professional opinion and work on what is best for you. I've told a few friends to go here too and now they go nowhere else. I've even had a friend's Mum – who was visiting from London – talk about traveling up to Glasgow again JUST for a haircut!!
