Cannot thank Lauren enough for her advice and help with my hair. She took her time with our consultation to make sure I was going to be happy with the haircut. She also discussed longer terms plans which reassured me she wasn't just going to quickly cut my hair without any thought - I have had many bad hairdressing experiences, so the fact Lauren listened and explained her thought process, calmed my nerves. Will definitely be back!

Tempted in by offer of a glass of prosecco-they had none to offer! I booked and paid for highlights, it came away with a full head of colour - not the colour I wanted. Was also charged an extra £25+ which was not discussed. I now need to find a local hairdresser to correct this disappointing experience. Would not recommend this salon.
