Had a lovely mani-pedi with shellac/gel polish plus the luxury package (hot towels, massage, cuticle care). Service was fast — both hands and feet done in under 50 minutes. Staff were knowledgeable and helped me pick the right shade. Tools were sterilized, though not all (some nail files weren’t). My one concern: they use a machine to remove old polish/cuticles, which caused some bleeding — I’d prefer this done by hand to avoid long-term nail damage. But overall positive experience!
