I was so disappointed with my experience! I’ve had a couple of haircuts here and they’ve been great but this time wasn’t so good. Unfortunately the hairstylist I booked was an hour late to show to work and with my commitments I had to use another stylist. My full length fringe was cut to half the height of my forehead which is definitely not what I wanted. I mentioned I was really not happy with this but there was no solution offered to rectify it. If I hadn’t paid in advance I would have asked for a discount - am kind of shocked this wasn’t offered as my hair will take at least a month to look ok again. Really disappointed - I loved this place :( asides from this, staff are nice and clean salon.

I really wanted to like this place as it is near my house and had great reviews but I was quite disappointed. The salon was so cold and the stylist didn't really take the time to ask what I wanted. I was also left with my head in the sink for about 30 mins as half of my highlights were ready and half weren't! I felt like no one was completely sure what they were doing. That said, my colour was fine and the blow dry was good, it just wasnt a particularly enjoyable experience.
