Professional and friendly venue with staff that know what they’re doing and listen to what you actually want. Natalie will make suggestions and politely and constructively give her opinion and suggestions! Also she is definitely not scissor happy and will happily cut a lesser amount and then let you decide if you want more trimmed rather than just go for it! I always walk out more than happy!

Very satisfied. I had different pictures and explained what vibe I wanted and she understood exactly what I meant and combined everything into my haircut. So happy with the results! Only thing is that unless you ask they don't clean you at the end.
