I had my colour and cut with Natalie. I was offered a drink on arrival and then again while I was waiting for the new colour to develop. All the staff were friendly, chatty and kind. I always enjoy coming to That Hair Place.

Really lovely salon and very friendly staff. However, my cut just wasn't quite right in terms of what I asked for, and I had to return to have this fixed. Regardless, this wasn't an issue with the salon, and they were very happy to correct the issue
