The salon text the day before the apt to cancel due to potential covid outbreak & advised they would contact me to rearrange. I didn’t receive any further communication from them. I saw on their instagram page they reopened, however no one contacted me to rearrange the apt. I had to call the salon to enquire what the status was. Unhappy with the customer service I have requested a refund. It’s a shame, on previous apt’s the work has been great, the customer service & communication let’s it down.
Wonderful to have my hair sorted after so long in lockdown. I feel 10 years younger. Leanne was brilliant as always, the place was spotless and all safety procedures were followed very well. Thanks Leanne for making me feel like me again!
Felt very safe and spaced out in the salon. Wasn’t really sure why I wanted to do with my hair and Natalie was really helpful and I’m very happy with my hair cut.
